Please let me know how the United States Constitution states that you have the right to bear arms, but if they find a gun in your possession you are arrested and thrown in jail. Also can anyone suggest were I can borrow a book about it from.

Umm... In my opinion it all starts with reinstatement of the constitution in the first place. Suspended since 1933. Everything in the document - 2nd amendment and all - doesn't really apply. Everything is defacto - not really constitutional - just a farce and a scham!

But, supposedly a fake defacto government can be over thrown in the court system? May be the tax system? May be through the national election process i.e. president? If not now, when? I don't think the government has ears to hear a redress of grievances - they are too busy invading the privacy of people. Who has the guts to even suggest its time to set off a revolution?

Amen I could not agree more. The perpetual state of emergency, and the Art 1 sec 8 clause 17 and 18 jurisdiction of the Federal govt, have converted us ll into 2nd class citizens. Are you a U.S.Citizen?

Unfortunately, the government interprets the Constitution in a manner that it wants "We the People" to be controlled by it. Each state passes it's own laws and each city passes it's own laws regarding gun control. The Governemnt rewards each state with money according to the extent they follow the governments requests.
Today, not enoough people take a stand for what they know the Constitution meant or was to mean. Because "We the People" are being taught early on in Public schools to disregard the constitution by means of ignorance (not being taught the constitution) they are getting out of school not having a clue what it meant that "our forefathers fought for our liberty"!
You are the person responsible to fight for your liberty and to get others involved. It is your responsibility to take action! The constitution also protects citizens from illegal laws being passed. The problem is, no one takes action against those illegal laws in a manner that is successful in controlling our law makers.

I must acknowledge your insight. I have been telling people the same thing you are saying, but my words fall on deaf ears. I even wrote a book about it. In regards to guns, Gen. Mao, Lenin, Trotsky and even Hitler made it their business to encourage the people to surrender their arms. All until it was time to take aggressive action and run over the people with their own weapons. Mao said it best regarding protection, the Power of Man is in the Gun! Frankly it quite tiresome to even try to inform people, for many people choose to remain ignorant or what can be called a dream-state. They would rather be lied to than face reality.
